Billing Options.
Polar Aurora Enterprise accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Our customers can purchase product by any of the following three methods:
a) Secure Server
We offer the perfect combination of accessibility and security. Order your safety products from your home or work station with ease 24 hours a day. By installing a secure server to our network, our customers are assured the highest degree of security during Internet transactions.
b) Telephone
If you are still reluctant to send your credit card information over the Internet, simply print your order and call our professional customer service staff to process your credit card information and order.

When our Customer Service staff is unavailable, print a copy of your order, including your credit card information, (Type of credit card, credit card number, expiration date, and name as it appears on your card) and fax it to

Open Accounts/Purchase Orders.
Open credit accounts are NOT available without proper authorization from Polar Aurora Enterprise. Individuals are not eligible for open accounts, Business and Government Agencies ONLY need apply.
In order to apply, your business must perform the following:

* Application must be signed to qualify.
* Initial order must be a minimum of $100.00 in product purchases.
* Fax to Polar Aurora Enterprise's accounting department at 973.594.0530. If you have problems contact us at 973.778.3029.
* After all information is received, your business will be contacted within one week with a decision.
Polar Aurora Enterprise will verify all orders placed through the purchase order option and has the right to refuse any order. Polar Aurora Enterprise also retains the right to revoke open account privileges from any customer.
 
Backorders.
Polar Aurora Enterprise offers an on-line product catalog for the convenience of our customers. While we attempt to maintain proper stocking levels of our products, sometimes we find it unavoidable to backorder products. For easy reference, each item on the product detail description and pricing pages has a column titled "In Stock". If Polar Aurora Enterprise customarily stocks an item for immediate shipment, "Y" will be indicated. It is beneficial to all for Polar Aurora Enterprise to drop ship some items such as fire safety cabinets, etc.. Such items will not be shown as stock items but are available for immediate shipment in most cases from our family of suppliers. In the event an ordered item is non-stock or temporarily out of stock, we will ship all possible and show the balance as a backorder. All backorders will be shipped ASAP by way of UPS Ground Service upon receipt of products unless 2nd Day Air Next Day Air shipping options have been requested by the customer.
The customer will be charged for products shipped (unless arrangements have been made) and backorders can be cancelled at any time. To cancel a backorder, e-mail Polar Aurora Enterprise at sales@Polar Aurora Enterprisesafety.com and include the Order Number, Item Number of the product being cancelled and a reason for cancellation.
 
Shipping Options.
Upon receipt of your order, all stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. All backorders will be shipped complete upon receipt of products. Polar Aurora Enterprise will utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship most of our Internet orders. Items with Product Names which have ** before and after are too heavy or large for UPS and you will be provided with the Truck Freight Charges prior to shipping.
Our customers have several shipping options to insure that the desired product is received in a timely manner. During the completion of your order, several options and their respective charges will be shown. Shipping options include:
a) UPS Ground Service - Orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST to guarantee shipment that day.
b) 2nd Day Air - Orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST to be shipped on that day.
c) Next Day Air- Orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST to be shipped on that day.
d) Common Carrier Truck - For Items too large or heavy for UPS - Charges will be agreed upon prior to shipment.
 
Return Policy.
Returns are accepted by permission only in the 15 days after the customer is shipped the goods. Please contact us via email at sales@polaraurora.com, Fax 973.594.0530 or Phone 973.778.3029 to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. Please have the date of your original order and the order number available when requesting a RA. Please insure that the RA number you will be provided is displayed on the exterior of any returned package. In addition, products must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser and credit will be issued only for the goods returned, less any freight. The exception to this will be in the event of a mistaken shipment on the part of Polar Aurora Enterprise or one of our manufacturers. In this case, Polar Aurora Enterprise will bear the freight both ways for the original product returned.
